You’ll have a 2 hour virtual consultation with Jessica. Cover all the essentials to healthy sleep habits such as awake windows, bedtime routines, and schedules. You will leave with a plan to solve your unique issues and answer all your burning sleep questions.
With your customized plan in hand, you’re ready to take back the night! Once you get started, you’ll log your child’s sleep and communicate with Jessica daily via email and text. Stay on track with six follow-up calls throughout the coaching process to ensure you are progressing as well as getting the support you need.
“Prior to consulting with Jessica, our two year old son had never fallen asleep on his own without being rocked and was used to co-sleeping in our bed by 2:00 am every night. Within a month, Jessica helped us to stop rocking our son to sleep and teach him to stay in his bed all night long. Although there were some tears, we never had to let our son cry it out and we were able to gradually and successfully fade away his need for our presence at bedtime and during the night.”
