Are you ready to take back control of your sleep? You're in the right place. With Haven One on One Sleep Coaching, Jessica will work with you to develop a customized solution to improve all your child’s sleep issues. You will receive an individualized, step-by-step sleep plan created for your unique family. Jessica will support you throughout the process from beginning to end to ensure you are meeting your goals and getting the rest you all deserve!

Infants And Children Ages 4 Months-6 Years

Six Follow-Up Calls (20 mins each) during the implementation of your plan. (This is also where tweaks are made and we talk about what’s working and what isn’t and make changes as needed.)

Emails during coaching 

Daily review of sleep logs

The corresponding Sleep Course for your child's age group (value $200)

Invitation to a private Facebook group for Haven clients (another way to connect with other cool parents like you)

Review of Client Intake Questionnaire to get the full picture and learn more about your family and goals

**Jessica can work with multiple children in a family at one time including multiples. Each additional child is $125 and includes two additional follow-up calls per child.

Two hour Virtual Consultation with Jessica that goes in-depth to cover sleep needs, bedtime routines, schedules, naps, sleep environment, feedings, wakings, family dynamics, child temperament and whatever else we can fit in!

Lots of opportunities for you to ask questions and talk about your specific situation (this is your time and each plan is unique for YOUR family)

Haven Sleep Courses are designed to help parents sleep coach their children in a developmentally appropriate way based on their individual goals. Jessica has worked with hundreds of families with children of all ages and in a variety of situations. This has given her a unique perspective on how each child may respond differently to the same coaching method. Because of her many years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach, and a mom, Jessica is able to provide a distinct approach to each family she works with. Through the Haven Sleep Courses, Jessica has developed a way to share the methods she’s used over the years to allow more parents the relief of a restful night’s sleep.

When you're sleep deprived, everything feels harder. Sometimes you just need help now, which is why we created Haven Sleep Courses. This is our way of helping as many families as possible when they need it most- even at 3 am.
